No Polish company, and probably no company from Europe, has opened a 100% in-house tool shop in China. Only Fullbax has done it. Without partners, loans, leases or subsidies. We are the only ones who can create injection molds fully on our own terms, no one imposes anything on us. The Chinese team does what we and our customers want.
We are able to match your requirements, which are currently met only by tool mills in Europe. If we have to use other components, such as Meusburger instead of Hasco, no problem. If you require 1,000 samples for acceptance of injection molds j- will be ready. If you want to test the mold on 1000 injections with several hours of video shot on a tripod – we will do such tests. If you require a mold launch in Poland, our subcontractor will do it. Nothing is impossible with Fullbax.
If the injection mold we make stays in China and we produce the parts we send to you, the injection mold has a lifetime warranty. We service it ourselves or will make a new mold when it wears out. When, for example, you order 10 million injection molds from us for 10 years, you will only pay for the mold once. For service never!
Wondering if a mold from China for £30,000 will match a Polish one for £70,000? We understand that not everyone wants to take a risk. That’s why, if we see you as a long-term partner, we can provide the mold without any initial payment. You will test the mold for a month and then decide. If the mold meets your expectations, we will settle. If not – we’ll pick it up at no cost and scrap it. We doubt the scrapping option, for that we strongly believe that you will become our customer.
Over the six years of Fullbax’s operation, we have imported more than 600 injection molds from China. We know what’s failing with Chinese suppliers, and we focus to eliminate the weak points. We remember what has annoyed us and our customers over the years, which we have fought repeatedly. Now those problems are disappearing.
Before we start designing the mold, we agree on the details on DFM files, We can do flow analysis. Before processing, you get a European standard injection mold design from us for approval, we will make changes according to your suggestions. We will send you post-production samples and video of the mold operation by courier. Only after full acceptance of the molded parts, the injection mold is shipped from China or we produce the parts in China delivering them later to Poland.
You sign a contract with a Polish company Fullbax Ltd. Check us out and see our approach to business. You settle with us to a Polish bank account in PLN or USD. We make all forms on HASCO standard. Buying components in Europe is not a problem at all. We have our subcontractors who perform mold service in Poland if needed. The warranty from Fullbax is no different from that of a tool shop in Poland.
After the mold is shipped from China, you will receive from us a final set of files sent at one time which includes. Final 3D design of the parts and injection mold. A video of the mold preparation for shipping and crate packing. Video of water channel leak testing and a good quality video showing mold operation. A minimum of ten injections in the machine one after another. We also keep the documentation and samples in-house.
Leasing injection molds is relatively difficult, but Fullbax Ltd. in several leasing companies is a verified supplier. With us, getting a lease will be easier. It is also feasible due to the fact that you are not buying an injection mold from China, but from a Polish supplier, settling on a Polish bank account. In the financing from the EU, Fullbax Sp. z o.o. is the supplier. In the case of a Chinese supplier, EU funding is not possible.
In China, you can buy a sample injection mold in the range of, say, $3,000 to $8,000. Will it be the cheapest in our country? It won’t. It is impossible to make a good mold at the lowest price, with good materials and on your own machines, controlling the production process. In our country, the above example mold will cost 4000-4500 USD which will be a fraction of the price in Poland and still an attractive price in China. If you buy this mold for $3000 from the cheapest supplier, you will probably spend the other amount in Poland for corrections. If they are even possible.
