If our mold does not meet the specifications set forth in the contract, we offer a refund.
The design of the injection mold and the materials used make the injection mold have a certain guarantee, such as 300,000, 500,000, one million injections. In our contract, we guarantee for a certain number of injections.
For customers promising regular cooperation, we can provide one form without any deposit. You test it for a month and only after that time we settle. If the mold does not meet your expectations- we will take it back and scrap it. We have already offered this guarantee several times and each customer has settled the payment
Our warranty service available in Poland provides customers with support in case of any problems with the molds ordered. With local, proven subcontractors, we quickly and efficiently resolve any difficulties.
If the injection mold we make stays in China and we produce the parts we send to you, the injection mold has a lifetime warranty. We service the mold ourselves or will make a new mold when it wears out. When you order 10 million injection molds from us for 10 years, for example, you will only pay for the mold once. For service never!
