Not every detail designed can be realized by injection molding. Therefore, in the price of the mold, we adapt the design to the requirements of the injection molding technology. Communicating through DFM files, we will bring the design to the desired effect, minimizing changes to the part while ensuring its feasibility. If necessary, we will also conduct a plastic flow analysis.
As owners of tool mills in China, we create the manufacturing processes and standards we ourselves expect.
We can offer a test form without prepayment – you will have a month to see if it meets your requirements. If it doesn’t, we’ll pick it up at no extra cost, though we’re sure you’ll become our customer. This option is only available for customers promising a longer cooperation.

To ensure the reliability and longevity of injection molds, we use only the highest quality steel certified by suppliers. We select the steel according to the planned number of injections and the material. Depending on the needs, we nitrate or harden the material to a specific hardness (HRC).Most often we use 718H (DIN 12738H) with smaller requirements P20 (DIN 12311) for high strength molds S136 (DIN 12083), H13 (DIN 1.2344). We are open to others according to customer requirements. We use hot runners from YUDO or cheaper ones from a company that belongs to one of YUDO’s former partners, where we have a much lower price in similar quality.
We purchase the mold bases from the best supplier in China, LKM, or make them ourselves from 45# steel. We can customize the steel of the mold base according to customer requirements.

Yes. After designing the injection mold, we send you a 3D model. You can leave the decision to us if you are not familiar with it. If you want, we can make changes. We proceed to purchase and process the steel only after we have fully agreed on the details of the injection mold design.
Yes, of course. When the injection mold is on its way, we send you a full set of files. One of them is the final design of the injection mold construction.
Not all orders require it, so the standard is not always. However, if you want to get DFM and flow analysis, there is no problem with that.
Of course, this is a possibility. We can easily make entire injection molds from a design provided by the customer or parts of the molds, such as individual plates.
Yes, of course. We can introduce technological bevels, rub the walls of the workpiece so that there is no pulling of the plastic. Pay attention to parts that are not injection moldable and correct them. We will not start making an injection mold if the detail is not technological.
Additional costs are:
3D scan and modeling, if you only have a sample of the workpiece – about 400-800 PLN, depending on the size and complexity.
3D printing after scanning and modeling – depends on the size and weight of the detail. With delivery to Poland, it is usually about 300-500 PLN for small details and 500-1000 PLN for larger ones, for example, about a kilogram.
If you want to test a mold, such as 500 injections, then we will charge for machine time and plastic.
Rail delivery of an injection mold, which weighs up to 500 kg:
including transport from China, customs clearance and delivery in Poland – is about PLN 3000
+ duty of 1.7%.
Above that, we accept about PLN 1000-1500 for each additional 500 kg of mold weight or multiple molds. If the weight of the molds exceeds 12 tons in total, we will ship the container by sea.
There is very little chance of this. During the execution of the order, you see the design of the detail, the mold, the samples sent by courier, the video of how the mold works. Yes, of course! This is the basis. Without it, there is no way to approve the details.
We test longer during T0 samples or setting injection parameters. However, on a good quality video sent to you it is mostly 10 injections one after the other, in automatic. If you need more e.g. 50-100-500 we can do it, but it is possible that we will charge for the plastic and machine work.
Yes. We will provide you with a video of the operation of the injection mold, as well as a video of the preparation of the mold that checks the tightness of the cooling channels, a video of the packing of the mold, and a video of the loading on the car that picks up the mold from us.
Yes. During final injections, when we prepare a video of the mold operation for you, we write down the parameters on a card in Polish and send it to you with a set of all files.
The most common is 2-5 samples from each slot in the injection mold.
We import the form on our company Fullbax Ltd. After clearance, we directly deliver to the indicated address. For you, cooperation with us is identically the same as if you bought the mold in Poland.
For molds exported from China, we always use HASCO Standard. It is an international company with distributors in Poland. For any injection mold supplied by Fullbax, you can easily buy spare components all over Europe.
