In exporting from China, due to the cost of transportation, it will be most profitable to produce smaller parts. We have injection molding machines with a compression force of 128 and 268T. Before production, we send a final sample of the final color to be used for injection molding. After full approval, we inject the identical color and compare the accepted samples with the currently produced parts.
As a standard, no. Whenever we price production, it is priced on new high-quality plastic. If the customer wants to come down in cost, we are able to use recycled plastic.
We ship smaller orders by rail, larger orders by 20 and 40HC containers. We also take care of clearance and delivery in Poland. Everything related to import is on our side. The customer gets the finished goods as if he bought them in Poland.
Standard molds are guaranteed for about 300,000 injections. Most customers will never use the full production capacity of an injection mold. If, on the other hand, a customer happens to need hundreds of thousands or millions of parts – we service the injection mold ourselves, covering this cost from our profit we make on production (with our pricing attractive enough to make it worthwhile to import from China anyway).
