Both the complexity of the part geometry, which affects the level of complexity of the design, and the number of cavities in the mold – the more cavities, the more sophisticated the design. The cooling system, sliders, lifters, and unscrewing mechanisms are also important influences, and must be properly designed to ensure process efficiency.

If the mold is designed based on suggestions, and then we come to an agreement and compromise together, it is hard not to accept the design of the injection mold, because it is designed together with the customer.
We have not yet had such a situation. The injection mold design is also confirmed by the production manager, CNC programmer, CNC operator and tool locksmiths. Only after full approval does the injection mold design go into production. If the design itself is ordered, it is sent to the customer.
