And at the same time, our tool shop provides quality at the level of European standards, so you save on production without sacrificing precision. Frequently asked questions

Yes! We can make any part of the injection mold from the 3D model that the customer provides to us. Even with transport to Poland it comes out much cheaper than machining in Poland.

Mainly CNC 3-axis machines with different working fields. Including WEDM wire machines and EDM plunge machines. Lathes, milling machines, radial drilling machines, gun drilling machines. We can apply the surface or polish the finished part. If we don’t have a machine, we can machine any stage using outsourcers, of which there are about three thousand within a 10-kilometer radius of our tool room.

Yes, there is such a possibility. However, 3-axis machines are mostly used for injection molds. 5-axis rather for large parts, which will make molds of 15 tons upwards. We can also machine parts on a 5G machine without a problem, but at a subcontractor.

For less complex parts, a 2D drawing will be sufficient. For most, however, a 3D model in STP format is needed.

For less precise processing we use graphite electrodes, for more precise processing we use copper electrodes.

Yes, if required we can do any surface finish and harden the steel to the indicated HRC.

We have our own VDI surface template, which we send to customers for free. It is our advertising gadget. We can select the surface from the pattern or template that the customer will send us.

For steel, the standard certificate is 3.1 used in Europe. There are equivalents in China, but they are in Chinese. Our steel supplier offers steel about 8-10% more expensive than the cheapest suppliers, where it is almost certain that the composition does not match the declared one. Our supplier is a company with 30 years on the market, with which we have a composition guarantee contract. We can offer the appropriate certificate and guarantee in writing for the composition as Fullbax Ltd.

The item is preserved, wrapped in foil and packed in a shipping crate. After production, the customer receives photos of the item, video of the packaging and the pickup by the shipping company.

Yes, of course. If necessary, also on CMM measuring machines and provide a report.
