Do I sign a contract? If so, with which company?

You always sign a contract with the Polish company Fullbax Ltd.

Do I deposit money into an account in China or Poland?

Payments are made to the Polish company Fullbax Sp. z o.o. in zlotys or US dollars. You yourself choose which currency you prefer to pay with. We prefer US dollars.

When and how much do I pay for an injection mold?

30% after signing the contract, 70% after full approval of the molded parts, video of the injection mold operation, and after the mold is picked up by the transport operator.

Is there an additional charge to send samples?

Shipping samples from China is included in the price of the injection mold. You do not pay anything extra.
