For 6 years, we imported injection molds from various suppliers, with more than 200 in 2023 alone. Unfortunately, working with the cheapest suppliers brought more problems than benefits – the molds did not meet our standards. And when did we choose premium suppliers? The prices were so high that our products were no longer competitive.
Instead of choosing between quality and price, we set up our own tool shop and plastic injection molding plant in China. As a result, we control the entire production process ourselves and implement proven solutions that combine high quality with optimal pricing.
In April 2024, we came up with a bold idea: to establish our own tooling and injection molding plant in China. It seemed risky, but who, if not Fullbax, would take on this challenge?
For us, our own tool shop means full control – over every stage of production, documentation, materials, design standards. It means no more compromises with cheap suppliers, who often failed our expectations. Our own plant allows us to carry out orders with pride and joy, which is priceless in business.
From scratch, we adapted a space for a tool room and injection molding shop, purchased machinery, hired a team and immediately took over all orders that previously went to subcontractors. Today, our tool room with an area of more than 1,000 square meters fully meets our needs.
Our tool plant is so unprecedented that the local government in Taizhou took an interest in the investment. It spoke to us, offering a 10% return on investment from the issued share capital. Officially, we are the only one with fully foreign capital.
In 2024 and 2025, we are focusing on process improvement and team development. In 2026, we plan to increase our production capacity and expand our plastics processing operations. Every day is a step forward – we are constantly growing and improving our operations.

The tool room is headed by Huang, who designed the tool room from scratch and built the team. He oversees everything that happens to the steel during its physical processing. Hung’s 20 years of experience in injection mold manufacturing, which he gained as coordinator of a tool room that has been producing molds for automotive parts for 30 years, enables us to effectively develop the tool room team.
Every day Huang works closely with Gu, the head of our design office. Together, they form the foundation that keeps our tool shop at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Our design team conducts every step – from initial analysis to simulations that allow us to refine every mold detail before machining the steel. Working closely with other departments, we keep our finger on the pulse of schedules and costs to ensure that every order reaches you on time. At the helm is Gu – an expert with more than 15 years of experience. As a former chief designer at a major sanitary ware factory, Gu led a team for 8 years to create molds of the highest quality. Now his expertise works for you – from concept to final product.
As a Polish company with many years of experience, we have developed a strong presence in the Chinese market, operating through our branches in Taizhou and Guangzhou. This allows us to effectively support Polish entrepreneurs in importing goods from China.
